Welcome to Villa Nirvana, a contemporary 5 +1-bedroom villa located in Lurin. This villa has stunning views of St-Jean Bay, Eden Rock, and the islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme in the distance. Ideally located in the hills of Lurin, Villa Nirvana is minutes away from the high-end shopping and restaurants in Gustavia. Shell Beach and Gouverneur Bay are both just a short drive to the south. Living Spaces: The modern entrance features a pair of small water features and leads into a large, minimalist great room. Overlooking the hills rolling down towards St-Jean Bay, the vistas from here are enchanting. The open plan design is home to the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has large white sofas and armchairs, offering plenty of options to unwind during your stay. A large TV is ideal for movie nights, but just as alluring are the coffee table books on art, architecture, and design. Kitchen and Dining Room: At the other end of the great room is Nirvana Villa’s commercial kitchen. Well-equipped, it’s ideal for a professional chef or catering staff, something our concierge service would be happy to organize. We can also help with grocery pre-stocking or delivery during your stay. Villa Nirvana also has a smaller, outdoor kitchen, next to the well-equipped fitness room. When it’s time to dine, the dining room table with seating for up to eight people is an excellent setting for more intimate island dinners. Larger get-togethers and stylish dinner parties can move to the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace, backdropped by those incredible views. Bedrooms: Each of the 5 bedrooms at Villa Nirvana is quiet and tranquil, ensuring the utmost privacy. Every room has a king-sized bed, ensuite, and a private terrace with armchairs. Soft white linens and a minimalist color scheme contrast with bold contemporary artworks hanging above the beds. A sixth bedroom is also on the property, suitable for a live-in nanny or private chef. Outdoor Features: Next to the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace is a plush outdoor lounge. For a relaxed evening soiree, there’s nowhere better. It’s also a fantastic setting to admire the island sunsets sending hues of rosy gold across the tropical landscapes below. Steps away are the inviting infinity pool. At 72 feet long, it’s ideal for those who want to get some laps in, but also for lounging about during the heat of the day. A sundeck next to the water is lined with loungers, letting you soak up the island sun. When you’re craving a day at the beach, the popular and beautiful Shell Beach is under 5 minutes away by car. Also within easy distance is the pristine Gouverneur Beach, and in the other direction, the elegant town of St-Jean with its striking crystalline waters. Also included is a daily continental breakfast. Villa Nirvana in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During Thanksgiving and the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young adults, ages 18 and older. A credit card on file is required for a damage deposit. A manager lives below the villa but uses a separate entrance.
