Villa Aliza is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa walking distance from the beach of St. Jean. Recently renovated with a minimalist design, this villa provides modern comfort and is just a short distance from the heart of St. Jean, the beach, shops and restaurants. Stairs from the private parking area lead to the main house, which can be completely closed off and air-conditioned. It has an open living and dining room which opens to part of the kitchen, the cooking and washing section of the kitchen is situated in an alcove on the far side. Comfortable seating and an entertainment center with U.S. satellite TV and a Sonos sound system complete the living room. The spacious master bedroom is accessed from the living room. This room features a dressing room, small bathroom with shower, as well as a small office with a built in single bed, which is perfect for a child. The second bedroom is situated in a bungalow next to the pool area. The third is on the lower level and has its own terrace with seating, as well as a small kitchenette. The outdoor space offers plenty of sun and shade around the medium-sized pool. There is outdoor dining with a separate grill area next to the house. This villa is ideal for a family vacation.
