Casa Del Mar consists of two main villas, each equipped with its private pool, living spaces, kitchen and bedrooms. While granting the utmost privacy, the two properties are connected via landscaping and stone pathways, making Casa Del Mar the ideal retreat for groups of friends.
Beneath the primary level of Casa del Mar lies a cozy family theater room, equipped with a large screen projector and immersive surround sound system. Adjacent to this entertainment haven is a well-appointed workout center, complete with its own bathroom and shower facilities for added convenience.
Nestled at the far end of the property, overlooking the picturesque cliffs is an exquisite outdoor dining area and BBQ pavilion. Additionally, a spacious stone sundeck provides ample space for relaxation and soaking up the sun's rays.
