This villa boasts four double bedrooms, each located in a separate bungalow for the utmost privacy, set around the communal, living areas. The main area consists of an ample living room with plenty of seating for relaxation and family gatherings, a dining area and a spacious kitchen. From here, guests have direct access to an outdoor covered terrace with a further dining area and a gorgeous outdoor living with comfortable benches lined with cushions. On the uncovered portion of the terrace, the long, heated swimming pool awaits for a relaxing dip surrounded by a lush garden and panoramic views. The terrace offers a wide selection of sunbeds and benches, offering the perfect spot for sunbathing or taking a lazy nap. 
Casa Minotto is a great villa for both families and groups of friends alike as it offers a peaceful retreat as well as a convenient location to reach some of the island's best spots such as the beaches of Lorient, the Grand Cul-de-Sac and Petit Cul-de-Sac and also a short drive from the vibrant city of Gustavia.
