Clementine is a contemporary 3-bedroom luxury vacation villa available for weekly rentals in Saint Barthelemy. Officially located in Vitet, but perched high in the hills above Lorient, Clementine offers breathtaking views of the ocean from Lorient all the way across the western part of the island.
Clementine is perfect for both families and couples traveling together. Its large terrace offers a traditional Caribbean experience with contemporary comfort, providing plenty of space for guests to gather or find a quiet moment to appreciate the stunning views.
The large heated pool next to the house, surrounded by tropical vegetation, is also a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views and the natural breezes.
The main room serves as the central hub of the villa, featuring an open modern kitchen with a breakfast bar on one side and comfortable seating around an entertainment center on the other.
Two of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room. One bedroom has wide panoramic windows on two sides, one of which opens to stairs leading down to the heated pool. The other bedroom features a sea-facing window nearly the size of the wall. The third bedroom on the lower level near the pool can be accessed from inside or through a private outdoor entrance. On this level, guests can also find a fitness room equipped with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, and universal machine.
The villa’s location in Vitet ensures that almost every point in the house and its wide, long terrace offers a stunning vista of the Caribbean Sea, including views of the Bay of Lorient, Fregate, Toc Vert, Tortue, and St. Martin in the distance.
