Villa Dolce Vita is a recently-built magnificent 4-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur with stunning ocean views. The charming fully-air-conditioned living room features a comfortable lounge with sofas and armchairs and an indoor dining room that can accommodate eight people. At the front, the wide openings overlook the terrace and the amazing ocean view. The fully-equipped kitchen also features a dining area. The front terrace features a lovely, heated swimming pool, and around the pool are comfy deck chairs for sunbathing sessions, as well as an outdoor lounge. Under the covered area of the terrace, you’ll find a table with benches to enjoy the mild air while sipping a cocktail or watching the stunning view. On the lower level, is a pretty garden, a true peaceful haven. Villa Dolce Vita’s bedrooms are on two levels and all have king beds and ensuite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is upstairs next to the living room, and it has direct access to the main terrace. The other three bedrooms are downstairs beside one another. The lower bedrooms can be accessed by an internal staircase and have separate access to a large garden space. Villa WV DVT comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
