A sleek bar separates one kitchen from the indoor dining area, which comfortably accommodates twelve guests. Adjacent to the dining space, an outdoor patio beckons with its unique seating ensemble of beanbags, offering a cosy relaxing area for up to eight guests.
 The master bedroom on the main level presents a haven of tranquility, featuring an ensuite bathroom complete with both indoor and outdoor showers and panoramic ocean views. Ascending to the top floor reveals three additional bedrooms, each boasting ensuite facilities and captivating vistas of the surrounding hillsides and azure horizon.
 Tucked away down a charming stone staircase lie two separate guesthouses, each offering its own retreat from the world. The first guesthouse boasts a spacious outdoor living area, a well-appointed kitchen, and one bedroom with an adjacent bathroom.
