Ideally located in Colombier, three bedroom Villa Esprit de Roche treats its guests to a panoramic seascape that encompasses the neighboring islands of Nevis, St. Kitts, Statia and Saba. Fiery sunsets are a bonus with an opportunity to witness the “green flash.” Totally renovated, and beautifully decorated, the villa’s main level encompasses a living room, kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a covered dining terrace, all with a stunning view of the sea. Guests can enjoy U.S. satellite and Apple TV, and a Sonos sound system with speakers indoors and out in the pool area. All three air-conditioned bedrooms have en suite baths, king beds, TVs and fluffy robes. One bedroom is on the main level and features a terrace; the second bedroom is located a few steps down in a separate pavilion with its own terrace. The lower level master suite has a terrace as well and is near the extra-large swimming pool. The pool area affords abundant space for sunning and outdoor living. Parking is ample.
