Fabrizia is divided into Creole-style pavilions that enhance its Caribbean-chic aesthetic. The living spaces, filled with vibrant and colorful décor, are connected through a breezy open-plan design. The main pavilion on the middle level houses the living room and kitchen, both opening to the harbor views and ocean breeze. For quiet moments, a separate pavilion with a cozy library and a selection of books provide a peaceful retreat.
The expansive terrace is a favorite gathering place, equipped with outdoor dining facilities, a gazebo, and numerous lounging and sunning spots. It also features private gardens with stylish Japanese designs and serene fountains, creating a tranquil atmosphere. The semi-lunar pool facing the sea offers stunning sunset views, and the terrace area includes a Jacuzzi, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.
The eight bedrooms are spread across the upper and lower levels. The upper level features four bedrooms accessible by dual staircases. The lower level includes four more bedrooms including one with three single beds, perfect for children. These bedrooms have their own furnished terraces overlooking the Caribbean.
Fabrizia's prime location means Shell Beach is just a five-minute walk away, while a short drive leads to Gouverneur Beach and the bustling St-Jean area with its beach bars and restaurants. Located in the wildly popular Gustavia, known for its vibrant shops, restaurants, nightlife, and beautiful beaches, Fabrizia boasts an array of excellent amenities.
