Nestled on the cliffs of Pointe Milou, this charming 4-bedroom vacation villa for rent offers a luxury retreat in Saint Barts. Fregate enjoys a prime location over the pristine Caribbean waters surrounded by lush vegetation, providing privacy and seclusion in an idyllic setting perfect for all those seeking an exclusive and upscale holiday on the island of St. Barts.
Fully air-conditioned and decorated in a comfortable, traditional style, Fregate features warm terracotta hues, cozy antique furnishings, and open living spaces.
The living room, with its high ceilings, expansive windows, and sliding glass doors, is bright and welcoming, seamlessly connecting to the spacious terrace outside. The adjoining fully-equipped kitchen, also opens to the terrace, making indoor and al fresco dining equally convenient. The covered terrace houses two outdoor dining tables with seating for up to twelve guests.
The villa's bedrooms are arranged in a bungalow style on either side of the central living area, each offering ocean views and direct access to the terrace. Three of the bedrooms are situated side by side, while the fourth is located on the opposite side of the villa.
Surrounding the heated infinity pool, which appears to cascade into the ocean, is an expansive terrace furnished with loungers. This area provides both sun and shade, with ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
Pointe Milou is renowned for its stunning scenery and tranquil ambiance, making it one of St. Barts' most desirable locations. Guests at Fregate can enjoy easy access to the island's finest dining, shopping, and beach experiences. Additionally, the villa boasts breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views, capturing sunsets year-round and offering vistas of St. Martin and Anguilla.
