Greenheart [WV ACG]

Villa Greenheart is a newly-built 2 +1-bedroom contemporary beachfront villa in Anse des Cayes. Just a short stroll along the beach from the renewed Manapany hotel with is restaurant, the villa is part of the revival of Anse des Cayes and its beach. The villa is directly on the beach, but offers decent privacy thanks to its higher position, and the “private beach” with a daybed in between the terrace and the natural beach. The terrace offers sun and shade, outdoor dining and a heated pool. Behind the large wooden entrance door is a small enclosed courtyard with seating that gives access to the main room, the second bedroom, as well as the large basement with fitness area and the third bedroom. The spacious main room can be fully-opened up to enjoy the natural breezes and the sounds of the lapping waves, or closed off and air-conditioned. It has a large dining table just off the modern kitchen, with a living section that faces the ocean. Just off the living room are two, nearly identical rooms. One faces the ocean and has a U.S. king-sized bed, the other faces the other way with a view on the enclosed courtyard. This room has two twin beds that can be made up as a U.S. king-sized bed. The third bedroom is accessed from a stairway that leads from the enclosed courtyard to the basement. This room is similar to the other bedrooms with a U.S. king-sized bed, but has no windows. All three bedrooms have smart TVs with Netflix and both U.S. and French satellite. Villa Greenheart is an excellent choice for beach lovers with or without children, and comes with housekeeping 6 days a week, Sundays and holidays not included.
