 The luxurious furnishings offer every comfort, while each room enjoys incredible ocean views. Perched on the highest part of Gouverneur, Villa Jasmine also offers peerless privacy. Surrounded by a desert-like rock garden and the remnants of an ancient volcano, the location is all about the natural beauty of St. Barts.
 The beaches at Gouverneur and Saline are both just a short drive away, as are shops and restaurants in St-Jean and Gustavia. For even more space, Villa Jasmine can be rented along with nearby Villa Olive and Villa Rose. When combined, this luxurious estate offers a total of 12 bedrooms.
 Living Spaces: Villa Jasmin is split between two separate houses. The main house features a central pavilion with a flowing, open-concept design. In the middle is a covered lounge area, open to the outdoor terrace. This space connects to the indoor living room on one side and the kitchen and dining room on the other. Both these rooms open to the outside, washing each space with the island breeze.
 The central seating area is the best seat in the house for a cocktail and a stunning sunset.
 The indoor living room has even more comfortable seating, inviting you to sink in and unwind. Natural light streams in through the doors, which can also be thrown open to the outdoor terrace. Kitchen and Dining Room: the well-equipped kitchen at Jasmine Villa is on the other side of the central seating area. To make things easy, our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. Sharing the space with the kitchen is the indoor dining table, with seating for 10 guests. Behind the central covered seating area is an outdoor dining table, next to a stone wall with a waterfall spilling over from the lush garden.

 Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms next to the main house, each occupying its own bungalow at either end of the terrace. Both enjoy plush king-sized beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a private furnished terrace. The other two bedrooms are down the hill on Villa Jasmine’s lower level. Although the hill is walkable, most guests opt to drive between the two villas. Due to the distance from the main house, each of these bedrooms comes with its own plunge pool on a private terrace.
 Outdoor Features: On the main level, a beautiful deck surrounds the impressive infinity pool. From its edge, you can enjoy uninterrupted views over the tropical hills and sparkling ocean below. Lining the water on each side are loungers and parasols, ideal for soaking up the island rays or relaxing in the shade. Behind the main pavilion on either side of the alfresco dining table is a quiet lounge area. Embedded into the rock face, it’s a peaceful setting to enjoy a good book. From all over the terrace, stunning sunsets will take your breath away. For days on the sand, the pristine beaches at Gouverneur and Saline are both 5 minutes away by car.
During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
