Villa Jocapana is a 4-bedroom villa located in Lurin within minutes of restaurants and shopping in Gustavia. This brand new villa in the hills overlooks the town and ocean beyond, and enjoys spectacular sunsets. The air-conditioned, spacious living area has a high ceiling, U.S. satellite TV, and glass sliding doors, which open to the covered deck. The living area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large breakfast island and chairs. Two bedrooms are situated outside the living room. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow above the pool, and has its own large terrace with a seating area. This bedroom also has a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower, which can completely open to the outside. The fourth bedroom has a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with indoor/outdoor shower. Above the living room is a gazebo, which is intended as a yoga or fitness area, but can also serve as a lounge area away from the main deck, outdoor bar and pool. The spacious covered deck offers comfortable seating and a large dining table. Loungers surround the enormous lap pool, which enjoys ample sun and tropical breezes. This villa also comes with a gas grill and a Sonos sound system.
