Villa La Danse des Etoiles is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou within a 10-minute drive from the beach and a 15-minute drive from shopping. This 2-level villa features superb architecture and panoramic views of Lorient Bay and St. Jean Bay. The interior boasts soaring ceilings, modern furnishings, and antique Asian accents. Most of the walls open to the outdoors, creating an airy atmosphere. The air-conditioned living room features plush sofas facing a large flat screen TV, while the well-equipped, open kitchen offers panoramic sea views, a breakfast bar, and an espresso machine. The dining area seats 8 guests, while the home office offers a large, comfortable work space. Villa SBH DOL sleeps up to 10 guests. Each bedroom is air-conditioned. Each of the 3 bedrooms on the pool level has a king-size bed, ceiling fan, in-room safe, iPod docking station, TV, private terrace, and ensuite bathroom with an outdoor shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the lower level with a private living and entertainment area, gym, and massage room. Each bedroom on this level has a king-size bed or twin beds, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. One bedroom has an iPod docking station, while the other bedroom offers Apple TV. The large terrace on 2 levels and solar-heated swimming pool enjoy stunning views. An outdoor lounge area seats 6 guests under a shaded area with a misting system. An adjacent garden features an outdoor pool table. This non-smoking property also comes with beach chairs and a cooler, a Bose sound system, gas grill, a massage room, fitness room, satellite TV, Wii game console, WiFi, and welcome amenity. Villa La Danse des Etoiles comes with house cleaning service six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Note- Pets allowed with a $2,000 deposit
