La Maison de la Mer [WV LMM]

La Maison de la Mer is a fully-renovated, 6+1-bedroom, beachfront villa in Flamands, just above the sand. Three old St. Barts houses were regrouped to create villa La Maison de la Mer, which explains its unique configuration. Today, this large villa 7is right on the beach of Flamands, a short beach walk to the famous Cheval Blanc hotel with its restaurants and spa and just around the corner from the more local restaurant, “La Langouste”. While directly on the beach, the villa offers good privacy from passers-by and is an ideal getaway for groups and families. The villa does not have a formal living room, but the four master suites each have separate seating areas. The kitchen is the main indoor gathering space, and which is also fully-equipped for a chef. There is plenty of seating outside with the ocean as a backdrop, underneath the covered terrace and the Sonos sound system can provide music. The large, heated pool is surrounded by a generous sundeck, but there is an additional sundeck on the upper level. Enjoy long walks along the beach or a dip in the ocean, all just a few steps below the villa. While the four master suites have different layouts, they all have a gorgeous ocean views. Two suites are on the main level, one has an ensuite bathroom with shower and the second has both a shower and a bathtub. The other two suites are situated directly above the first two. Each of the upper suites benefits from a private terrace with loungers and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Two guest rooms, one larger than the other, are off a hallway behind the kitchen. Each of these rooms has an ensuite bathroom with shower, but neither has any views other than a small courtyard. The 7th bedroom is situated above the entrance and is more suitable for teenagers or staff. All of the bedrooms come with a U.S. king-sized bed, U.S. and French satellite and Apple TV. The unique situation of this villa does not allow for large rental cars like Jeeps and SUVs. Villa La Maison de la Mer comes with house cleaning services seven days a week. * Note - Villa requires 7 night minimum all year Thanksgiving week is $100,000.
