La Maison de la Mer is a fully renovated, 6+1-bedroom luxury villa rental in Saint Barthélemy, located directly on Flamands Beach. This exclusive vacation home combines three traditional St. Barts houses into a uniquely configured beachfront retreat. Just a short walk along the sand leads to the renowned Cheval Blanc hotel with its upscale restaurants and spa, while the local dining gem “La Langouste” is conveniently nearby. Offering privacy despite its beachfront location, this holiday home is ideal for families and groups seeking a premium getaway.
 The villa features four master suites, each with its own seating area and breathtaking ocean views. Two suites are on the main level, with ensuite bathrooms, one featuring a shower, and the other offering both a shower and bathtub. The two upper-level master suites include private terraces with loungers and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two additional guest rooms, located behind the kitchen, also have ensuite bathrooms but offer courtyard views. A seventh bedroom, situated above the entrance, is ideal for teenagers or staff. All bedrooms are equipped with U.S. king-sized beds, U.S. and French satellite channels, and Apple TV.
 La Maison de la Mer does not have a traditional living room; instead, the fully equipped kitchen serves as the primary indoor gathering space. Outside, guests can enjoy ample seating under the covered terrace with the ocean as a backdrop, complemented by a Sonos sound system. The villa boasts a large heated pool with a surrounding sundeck and an additional upper-level sundeck. Steps away from the villa, the beach invites guests to enjoy long walks or ocean swims.
 This Saint Barts luxury villa for rent includes daily housekeeping services and requires a minimum stay of seven nights. Please note, due to its unique setting, large vehicles like Jeeps or SUVs are not permitted.
