Villa Lagon Rose is a 5-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. This hillside villa enjoys spectacular sea views. The living room, which is furnished with a sectional sofa, opens directly onto the pool area with ocean view. A small breakfast bar separates the well-equipped, U-shaped kitchen from the living room and dining area, which comfortably seats 9 guests. Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, four of which can be become twins, and ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are located on the main level and open to a private terrace with view. The third bedroom is located off the pool terrace, just 10 steps up from the fourth bedroom. The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level away from the rest of the house. Tropical gardens adorn the grounds. A terrace surrounds the pool with steps. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet and French satellite TV. During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. Villa Lagon Rose comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children. Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
