Villa Les Dunes is a contemporary 6-bedroom villa located in Saline within a short walk of the beach and minutes from shopping. This 16,000 sq. ft. hillside villa overlooks the ocean towards the south and tropical green hills to the east. The main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room, and 2 well-equipped kitchens (1 of which is air-conditioned). The spacious living room has wide and long sectional sofas, and opens to an outdoor dining area. A high bar separates 1 kitchen from the indoor dining room, which seats 12 guests. Adjacent to the dining room is an outdoor patio with a unique beanbag seating area for 8 guests. The master bedroom on the main floor has a super king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower, and ocean view. The top floor has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and views of the hillside and ocean beyond. Two guesthouses are located down a short, curved stone staircase from the main building. The first guesthouse features a large, outdoor living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large bedroom with king-size bed and adjacent bathroom. The second guesthouse offers a bedroom with king-size bed, a bathroom, and a covered terrace that opens to a tropical garden. A game room and well-equipped gym complete the lower level. Located outside is a large tropical garden covering 2 acres with bougainvillea, coconut trees, and more. Spacious wooden and grass decks with loungers surround the villa’s 2 long heated lap pools. The house also has WiFi, a wine cellar, a gas grill, and French satellite TV. Villa Les Dunes comes with daily house cleaning services, a chef and a gardener. Butler service is available for an additional hourly fee. The villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
