The villa's heated pool and expansive deck seem to float above the water, providing ample seating and lounging areas. At night, guests can gather around the gas fire pit to enjoy the starry sky. The large open living room, cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes, offers comfortable seating on large sofas or the covered terrace just outside. A fully-equipped modern kitchen, separated from the living room by a breakfast bar, opens to a spacious dining area that seats ten, situated just in the shade next to the deck.
Two of the three bedrooms are located on the main floor. The master bedroom connects to the kitchen, while a guest room opens onto the front terrace. The third bedroom, on the lower level, boasts a private terrace, providing additional seclusion.
