As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, the view of the blue ocean is absolutely breathtaking. Villa Ocean Palm is newly-built and private, hidden in a green and mineral environment. Its two identical bedrooms offer a spectacular view of the ocean. The 3rd bedroom is a real little private cocoon, located at the back of the property. The fully-equipped kitchen and the comfortable living room are entirely open to the terrace and the pool, with the stunning turquoise waters of Gouverneur Bay in the background. Indulge in the heated pool, or relax in the comfortable deckchairs, sunbathe during the day and enjoy the beautiful sunsets: Villa Ocean Palm is an invitation to the Caribbean “art de vivre” ! The sobriety and refinement of the materials, the high-tech equipment make Villa Ocean Palm a modern villa with local charm. Away from the eyes, you will never get tired of admiring the view and photographing the star of the villa: the Palm tree. Villa Ocean Palm comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
