Welcome to Villa Palm Beach, a luxurious 5-bedroom villa located on the shores of Lorient bay on St. Barts. This waterfront villa is one of the most luxurious vacation rentals on St. Barts. The contemporary interiors are sleek and comfortable, with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and thoughtful décor and artworks. Located on the shores of Lorient Bay, just a short walk to stairs down to the beach, with a waterfront terrace to relax on. From here you have Views of the islands of Île Toc Vers, Île Frégate, and Île Bonhomme, and the restaurants and shops of St Jean are just 5-minutes away by car. Living Spaces: Stepping through the entrance at Palm Beach Villa reveals the airy and gorgeous great room. Here you’ll find the comfortable living room, gourmet kitchen, and a dining room with a large table. The living room has several soft sofas, great spots to sink in with your morning coffee or a good book. A large flat-screen TV is set in the entertainment unit, ideal for movie nights. Kitchen and Dining Room: When it’s time to experiment with some local French and Creole flavors, Palm Beach Villa’s kitchen has everything you need. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service. The dining room table has seats for up to 8 guests, a fine choice for dinner parties. If you prefer the open air, on the covered terrace outside is another table, letting you enjoy your meal while gazing out at the shimmering Caribbean. Bedrooms: There are 5 bedrooms in total at Palm Beach Villa. Each room is luxurious and quiet, with plush king-sized beds made of dark island teak. The first 4 bedrooms are in the main house, with two on each side of the living room. Each of these rooms looks out west across the pool towards Lorient Bay, with the hill rising on the other side of the water. The fifth bedroom is in its own bungalow, located at the rear of the property. This space has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and comes with a small kitchenette and dining area on its outdoor terrace. It’s a great choice for teenagers or a nanny taking care of smaller children. Outdoor Features: The outdoor living areas are made for entertaining. Why not host a cocktail soiree at sunset, kicking back on the outdoor sofa to enjoy the rosy gold sunset? Spend a day with friends and family by the pool? Or fire up the gas grill for an island-style cookout? At Palm Beach Villa, you can do it all. The infinity pool is the star of the show, framed on either side by loungers for sunbathing or working poolside. Above, palm trees sway in the wind, while the lush gardens on all sides provide peerless privacy, with lazy hammocks strung between trees. To the right, a luxurious daybed underneath a shady gazebo is ideal for settling in with a good book, or simply forgetting the rush of modern life. As night falls, the jacuzzi next to the pool is a fine spot to kick back with a glass of champagne, watching as the stars appear above. The waters in front of the villa are home to coral formations, making it an ideal place for swimming and snorkeling. At the opposite end of Lorient beach you’ll find good surfing. When you want to explore, the beaches at St-Jean and Marigot Bay Beach are also just 5-minutes away by car. Amenities: Thoughtful amenities at Villa Palm Beach help make this a fabulous choice for your stay in St. Barts. The house also has fast Wi-Fi, a wine cellar, U.S. satellite TV, and a gas grill. Complimentary sea kayaks (a single-seat and double-seat) and a paddleboard are also provided. A daily continental breakfast is also included for guests year-round. During high season, turndown service, personal laundry, and complimentary soft drinks are complimentary. Villa Palm Beach in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services daily and evenings. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children. Please note – this villa requires a $6,000 security deposit, which is refundable after departure. A $4,000 party fee is also required.
