Recently rebuilt in a breezy Caribbean style, this luxury property features wide windows that allow sunlight and cooling breezes to flow through. The area is known for its wild beauty, a rare and precious quality in St. Barth, making Villa Pélican an ideal retreat for a relaxed vacation with extended family or a group of couples.
Pélican is composed of two buildings with a partially covered outdoor living room in between. One building houses the shared daytime areas: a spacious main room open on two sides, cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes, a contemporary seating area with a television, and a well-organized kitchen with a breakfast island. The deck extends over two levels from this building, offering ample sunny seating including four large daybeds and a swimming pool.
The second building accommodates four spacious bedrooms spread over two floors. Each bedroom is similar in design, making it easy for adults to share. The upper-level rooms are accessible from the main terrace, while the lower-level rooms open onto a garden with an ocean view and a small private terrace.
Pélican promises an incredible retreat in St Barts, one that guests will never want to leave.
