Welcome to Prestige, a luxury 3-bedroom villa for vacation rentals conveniently located in Gustavia, the beating heart of St. Barthélemy. The property offers gorgeous views over the bustling harbor and enjoys an enviable location close to the city's best amenities, an ideal home for rent for your luxury vacation in St. Barts.
The heart of the villa is the generous outdoor space with a large infinity pool. The terrace offers plenty of privacy, allowing guests to lounge all day in the sun, cooled by the natural breeze.  The large living room area features additional areas to gather together and relax. A separate dining area is in the back of the room, but on a slightly higher level to enjoy the views. A new, modern kitchen with a small breakfast bar completes the main room.
Prestige boasts three bedrooms, all aligned next to the terrace, each boasting its own en suite bathroom for convenience and privacy. 
The lovely villa offers amazing sunset views, and it is conveniently located on a short walk to shops and restaurants as well as the famous Shell Beach, while a short drive leads to the beaches of Saint Jean and Gouverneur.
