Villa Santa Alicia is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa in Flamands, located a short walk from Flamands Beach, and a 5-minute drive from shopping and the nearest town. Situated on the hillside, Santa Alicia enjoys gorgeous bay views and tropical breezes. This fully air-conditioned villa has a large, open living space with a wide window, offering expansive views. Two sofas are placed in front of the entertainment center for watching U.S. and French satellite TV. The modern kitchen with a preparation island is well equipped. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double vanity. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with U.S. satellite TV. The master bedroom connects to the living room, while the second bedroom is housed in a separate bungalow next to the pool. The third bedroom is situated on a lower level below the second bedroom. A terrace with loungers frames the heated pool. The terrace offers an ideal spot for entertaining with its Sonos sound system with outdoor speakers, ample seating, and ocean views. This villa also comes with Apple TV, Satellite TV, ceiling fans, an outdoor dining area, a security alarm system and WiFi. Villa Santa Alicia, or WV SAN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except Sundays and French holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
