Sea Bird 19 is a delightful 3-bedroom vacation villa for rent located in St Barts, within the exclusive community of Mont Jean, a perfect luxury home rental for all those seeking an authentic and exclusive Caribbean holiday retreat of rest and relaxation with family or friends.
Villa Sea Bird 19 is spread between a main villa and a separate cottage on a lower level, both surrounded by a green lawn and lush vegetation. The main villa offers incredible views of the ocean, coastline and hills of St Barts, especially from the two terraces located on both sides of the property, equipped with several seating and lounging areas that provide a quiet spot for everyone, whether it is to read a book or sip a tropical cocktail while basking in the sun. Both terraces are also equipped with a jacuzzi, although not heated, and one of them features a beautiful pool, perfect for a refreshing dip while taking in the views.
Inside, open and airy interiors are adorned with island charms. Cool terracotta tiles and vibrant artworks add pops of color that contrast beautifully with the earthy tones. The spacious great room combines the living room, dining area, kitchen, and a small office. The living room features two plush sofas facing a large entertainment center with a TV, making it an ideal space to relax, whether with a morning coffee or during a movie night with family and friends. The indoor dining table overlooks the ocean, providing a perfect setting for elegant dinner parties. The kitchen opens out to a covered dining area, allowing you to enjoy your meal with the warm island air and stunning sunsets.
The three bedrooms offer private and peaceful spaces to unwind each evening. The large master bedroom is connected to the living room, while the two guest bedrooms are located in the separate bungalow, ensuring that each guests can easily find a moment of privacy.
Nearby, the beaches at Marigot Bay and Grand Cul-de-Sac are both around a five-minute drive away and world-class dining and shopping are available in St-Jean, just ten minutes away by car.
