Newly built, the property is an architectural masterpiece that seamlessly combines contemporary style and large volumes with a warm and welcoming ambiance, true to the identity of St Barts.
The decor emphasizes natural materials and soft tones, keeping the focus on the stunning nature and sea views. The main living areas are designed for outdoor enjoyment. The large terrace features a covered sitting area, a spacious dining table, and a barbecue area. The heated infinity pool offers spectacular views over the bay.
