Villa Terre Indigo offers 4-bedrooms and ocean views from the hillside above Nikki Beach in St. Jean. Villa Terre Indigo is an old St Barts colonial style villa with many recent upgrades. The newly renovated kitchen, combined with the interior living room and dining area, can be closed and air-conditioned, or opened up for fresh air and cool breezes. In addition to the interior living room, there's an exterior living room, perfect for reading or an afternoon nap "alfresco" style. If you'd prefer to dine under the gazebo on the large deck, you will enjoy the expansive ocean views and islands in the distance. Terre Indigo is located mid-hillside in the desirable area above Nikki Beach. While it's a quick drive down the hill, most enjoy the walk down and the challenge of coming back up the short, steep hill. The master bedroom is located just beyond the living room, which has a Euro king bed, U.S. satellite TV and ensuite bathroom featuring an indoor and outdoor shower. There are two additional bedrooms in a bungalow next to the living room, facing the ocean. One of the rooms has two twin beds that can be pushed together to make a Euro king bed, while the other room has a Euro king bed. Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom is a small suite situated below the deck. This room has a separate living room with U.S. satellite TV and a kitchenette on one side, a bedroom with a Euro king bed on the other and bathroom with shower in the middle. The spacious pool deck offers all day sun, lush vegetation, ocean views, comfortable chaises, and a gazebo. The gazebo includes an outdoor kitchenette and grill, and a dining table, ideal for the long, unhurried lunches that St. Barts is famous for. A cozy outdoor living room is situated on the terrace in between the kitchen and the bungalow with the two guest rooms and offers shade and is cooled by the breezes. Villa Terre Indigo is perfect for couples vacationing together, as well as families with children. Villa Terre Indigo comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. *Note - For rental with less than 4 bedrooms, the lower apartment (4th bedroom) will be closed.
