  The bay of Grand Cul-de-Sac is renowned for its calm waters and ideal conditions for wind sports, enhancing the villa's tranquil charm. The house is divided into separate bungalows, maximizing privacy and offering various indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, read, or socialize. The open-plan living and dining area, beneath vaulted, whitewashed ceilings typical of the island’s architecture, can be opened on two sides, creating an airy, nature-connected environment.

 The kitchen occupies its own bungalow with easy access to the dining area and outdoor spaces. The swimming pool is tucked away in the back, while the front terrace features a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxation.
  Two of the bedrooms are located on one side of the living area, each with a private entrance. One of these can also be accessed directly from the living room. The third bedroom, situated in its own bungalow down a few steps on the opposite side of the property, offers additional seclusion. Each bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom, with one featuring an outdoor shower area surrounded by lush plants.
  Ti Rock provides an idyllic, private retreat with traditional Caribbean charm, perfect for an unforgettable stay in St. Barth.
