Villa “K” is a 4-bedroom villa located in Anse des Cayes within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa offers private beach access. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a large sectional sofa. The gourmet kitchen has a wooden island and opens to an outdoor dining area. The 2 main bedrooms occupy the entire upper floor and feature ensuite bathrooms and private terraces with sea views. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the other room has a queen-size bed. The 2 other bedrooms are located on the main level and each has a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom and private entrance via the terrace. Palm trees and a spacious wooden terrace with several sitting areas surround the large, heated swimming pool, which is illuminated at night. An aquatic garden with waterfall enhances the grounds. The fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, a gas grill, an outdoor shower, parking, and U.S. and French satellite TV. Villa K comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
